Returns and Refunds

NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE? SIMPLY FOLLOW THE GUIDE BELOW!

IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MEET THE BELOW CONDITIONS BEFORE SENDING YOUR ITEMS BACK

  • Returns are available for all items excluding some sale items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the items for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, you must return your items for a refund, then simply place a new order online for the pieces you'd like. Shipping is on us for exchanges. Simply follow the same steps as returns and we will refund your full amount. 
  • Please note that the cost of return & refund shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Manu-The Label will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. Manu-The Label take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable or credited.

RETURN ADDRESS:

Once we have received your return/exchange, please allow 5 business days for processing – you will be notified via email once processed. Our returns are sent via standard post, they will be delivered in accordance with these shipping time frames.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Manu-The Label. Manu-The Label will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

AU ORDERS:

FOR ALL EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDITS:

For peace of mind, the return postage for exchange is on us! Please send us at team@manu-thelabel.com and we will generate a shipping label and email you. Please print off your label at home or at a nearby Post Office and lodge in the post.(Please take note of the tracking number).

FOR ALL REFUNDS:

  • Please note that the cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Manu-The Label will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. Manu-The Label take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable or credited.

REFUND POLICY & CONDITIONS

  • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once Manu-The Label has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Manu-The Label reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. 
  • Please note that the cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Manu-The Label will not be issued a refund.   • This policy is non-negotiable. If you have a faulty item please email team@manu-thelabel.com
  • Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Manu-The Label. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Manu-The Label account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from. 
  • If this will be an issue for any reason, please be aware that you must contact our customer care team at team@manu-thelabel.com.prior to returning any items to Manu-The Label in order to organise alternative arrangements. If this is not done prior to your return being sent back, any issues which may arise with refunds to the original account are completely out of our control and Manu-The Label will not be held accountable. 
  • If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care team at team@manu-thelabel.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

Items purchased on sale will not qualify for returns unless found faulty.

NZ ORDERS:

HOW TO RETURN:

1) Ensure that the tags are still attached, the garments are unworn and the return falls within our 14-day return period.

2) Simply email team@manu-thelabel.com for a label and print off your label at home or at a nearby Post Office and lodge in the post.(Please take note of the tracking number).

PLEASE NOTE: If returning for an exchange, please specify which style you would like as a replacement on your returns form. When you return an item for exchange, the postage of your new item will be covered by us! Due to high demand and if technical issues are experienced, Manu the label cannot guarantee the availability of stock. If the new requested style is out of stock or at a greater cost than the original return, you will be issued a store credit which you can use to put towards your next purchase.

USA orders & other international orders:

For international order return items are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

For exchanges on US orders, please email us at  team@manu-thelabel.com the reason for exchange. The exchange item postage changes is paid by the customer to a local address in USA & just have to pay the postage charges for the new exchange item. If Manu The Label has sent you wrong item or wrong size, return postage charges on both ways is on us.

For refund items, postage will be organised and paid for by the customer for the local address in USA provided by Manu the label 

HOW TO RETURN:

1) Make sure that the tags are still attached and garments are unworn and in original condition and fall within our 14 day return period.

2) Send us a email regarding the return and refund. Ensure you specify whether you wish to receive a refund, exchange or store credit.

3) Lodge via a Post Office or Courier Company (remember to take note of the tracking number)

4) PLEASE NOTE: If returning for an exchange, please specify which style you would like as a replacement via email. Please also note that when you return an item for exchange, the postage of your new item will be covered by us! If item is not available for exchange you will be issued with a store credit.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUND'S:

 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at team@manu-thelabel.com.

 SALE ITEMS:

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
